Today we look at the second main harbour in our World Ports tour of the Philippines: the Port of Cebu.
Cebu is a First Port of Entry and one of the most important shipping centres in the Philippines. This seaport is located in the Mactan Channel, a narrow strait between the Cebu and Mactan islands, and consists of international and domestic sections.
It is the largest domestic port in the Philippines, serving the Metro Cebu Area as well as routes in the Visayas and Mindanao.
